Absolute worst place to live. Supposed to be low in come but we ended up paying $950 a month. Horrible neighbors. Constant police presence. Grossly incompetent management that teeters from neglectful and lazy to forceful. Cant keep a manager for more than a month. Really bad roach problem. Rat problem as well. AC always breaks and they refuse to fix the actual problem. As a matter of fact, EVERYTHING breaks. They work hand in hand with a towing company that will tow you from your own apartment. We had them tow us for slightly being parked on a line. $170 down the drain, with a car seat for our baby and many valuables in it. Do not move here. You will regret it within a week and have to grit your teeth for the remainder of your lease. Stay away from Ashley place.

I have visited Ashley place a few times as I drop my granddaughter off there to play with a couple of her friends from school, there seems to be plenty of parking, the building and Landscaping are well-kept it appears to be a nice little community🤗👍
