I have rented at Woodlawn Park Apartments for 15 months and could not be happier. The management is wonderful, Tish and Ricky answer emails, work requests, anything I need very quickly. The apartments are clean and updated and the appearance of the grounds is kept pristine. They have a very nice pool which is always keep clean. I would highly recommend for renters especially with the location being so close to St. Pete Beach.

Maintenance (Rick) is wonderful, he's always very fast to respond to any issues and he knows our family, including our pups. Last weekend I had to call in an emergency ticket and he had it fixed within an hour, very efficient and knowledgeable. Tesha, property Mgr, is great, she's a major step up from who we've had the last year and a half. She communicates very well and handles situations to the best of her ability. The only issues I have is the price for the size of the apartment, fluctuating rent due to fees that aren't already worked into the $1600 a month we pay, laundry not in the unit and the super small bathroom which could be fixed quickly by reversing the toilet and sink. I Love that we have our own private outdoor space that's fenced in. Overall, this is truly a good place to live, it's quiet, close to downtown and well maintained.

Parking is horrible! They have 24 hour towing. I stopped by briefly at 5:00pm to see my auntie. I was in there for 20 minutes and when I came back my car was towed. I understand overnight parking but day time!
