The receptionist seems like she hates her life and job. Had covid 19 and they took so long to get me help and get my meds sent to a correct pharmacy that I had to wait till the next day suffering. Careless doctors who just want your money. That's why you got 2 stars on google.

Talk about rude people. My wife and I were sent here. They were not expecting us at there walk in facility so they were rude as can be. I get it it's Friday we all want to go home. But don't be so rude to the point people walk out

Other reviews are accurate about the front office staff. They exist to draw a paycheck. Nobody knows what's going on, constantly pass blame on things not being done to other people in the office, being put on hold fir long periods of time with nobody picking up, failing to send refferals and then spending a week on the phone with them to try and get itso I can schedule surgery that has become time sensitive. But, as others have said, Dr. Cohen is great and the only reason for a star at all. This place is garbage.
