I would not recommend living here for quite some time. The company switch’s a lot so there’s new fees coming up a lot. You spend $20 to park weekly plus the valley trash that they provide is a scam they charge you multiple times on it. The shower knob broke off in the middle of the night after they replaced it. I had to Manually shut off my water and repair it. I had a roaches in the middle of the night and I had to take care of it. When it rains it’s the worst water would come in your window and if you live in the bottom floor sometimes in your door as well. Don’t get me wrong it’s a nice location to live in but I won’t live there for a long time. I know they’re trying there best I just wish they had more maintenance so they won’t be in a rush with everything. Safe to say I no longer living there.

Okay so to be fair I'm going to go ahead and update my review since dealing with upper management my situation has been resolved as of recently I no longer am having visible mold in my unit thank God. And it has been a pleasure since dealing with Ms Kate this company does work with you but you also have to make sure you do your part I just thought it was only fair for me to go ahead and update my review since my situation has been turned around.
