I like living here. my neighbors are really friendly, they are trying make major improvements, they've started with the parking lot, other renovations will follow.

I'd like to say yes if you are checking. This place needs work And repair person only one is a "one" at best. Random people roam around. Not safe. Looks like they are trying to change. Keep looking
