Dollar store of if you all go out of business soon it's your own fault. Gas is not cheap and if I keep driving different locations becauee you guys can't update your hours online me and everyone else are not going to want to purchase from here anymore.

I love Dollar Tree and every branch we go I always like the staff/cashiers. Most are respectful regardless of race. But except for today in Gresham branch. This cashier seem sad and rude. She punched my item 4 times and I only have 3. When I got my receipt I double checked it and showed she charged me 4 times. She said that she didn't charge me on other item and asked me if I want to count my items which is 28 items in total in a sarcastic sound. I know it is just 1 dollar but that is not about it. I work in customer service but this is not the way I treat my customer. In the first place, when she mistakenly punch my item 4 times, she should have inform me about it so there will be no more questions. I am just glad that I happen to be in a minority group otherwise, she might play the race card on me. If she happen to have a bad day that is why she acted that way, then I am sorry for her but she cannot put her frustration out at other people's expense.

Use to work next door for years, I've always liked this location. The staff is almost always helpful and they have a good stock of items for how small the store is. They try and keep it as clean and organized as they can. Clips and cake covers below.

If I could rate a zero that's what I'd give this dollar tree. For years my family and I go to this particular location and the cashiers are so rude! I bought bags n the same transaction for my items and the cashier told me that I had to bag them myself because it was too much work for her!!!! I work in customer service and this is unacceptable. Have some manners! My entire family will no longer shop here. Train your cashiers to treat people better. It's not like they're working for free. Oh and then she kept looking at her watch too!!!
