Super experience with Mike D at Riegelmann's. I live out of state and needed to replace an island downdraft vent appliance at my rental home in Portland. This means everything needed to be handled by phone. Thankfully I was referred to Riegelmann's, an appliance company that has Great service and provides installation of downdraft vents. I had already researched and knew the brand I needed. In addition to competitive pricing, Riegelmann's offered a 5 year extended warranty that I could purchase. Their own service department handles the repairs when / if needed. The pricing is very cost-effective. In addition, they work with a 3rd party installer that would pick up the appliance, install it for a very reasonable rate, and remove the old appliance. I am Very Pleased it all worked out so well and grateful to be a Rigelmann's Appliance customer.
