Lance was amazing! He really took the time to listen to the things I wanted in a car and the price point I was after and made it happen!! During signing I had my three year old with me, Lance went above and beyond even making my son some hot chocolate while we waited. He made sure I knew what everything was in the car and felt 100% happy driving off the lot. Very happy with my crosstreck and would very much recommend Lance to anyone heading to Gresham Subaru 😄

I absolutely detest buying cars and I have to say this was my best experience. I worked with Perry (sales) and he was extremely nice, engaging and not pushy at all. Got the whole deal wrapped up quickly and efficiently. He had answers to all my questions and we had fun. Yup, fun buying a car. Novel concept, I know. The rest of the staff was very nice and well organized too. Probably my favorite part was donating to 4D Recovery through the Share the Love event. The passion the team has there for helping the local community was inspiring. We did this all on Christmas Eve and they delivered my car with a big red bow. Just like the commercials with the wealthy people that give cars to each other for Christmas. The two fusion season passes to Timberline was the icing on my Christmas car buying experience cake.
