Horrible passport photo service. They took a unacceptable garbage photo and insisted we pay for it. Go to UPS store across the street. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on passport requirements.

I completely understand when a register isn't working that a line will get long. However you should have the store mgmt on the one register that is working not your slowest associate. Dont give them a choice be the manager and manage.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! FIRST ENCOUNTER WAS WITH 2 FEMALE EMPLOYEES THAT GAVE ME A RUDE ATTITUDE WHEN I ASKED FOR HELP PRINTING A SHIPPING LABEL(1st time) AND IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME THEY DON’T PRINT!!! ALSO NEEDED TO BUY A PACK OF PAPER FOR 1 SHIPPING LABEL. THEN TOLD ME THAT THE SHIPPING SLEEVES ARE FOR FEDEX CUSTOMER. 2nd ENCOUNTER SAME LADY JUST FLAT OUT DENIED ME SERVICE WITH AN ATTITUDE! I WAS TOTALLY RESPECTFUL IN BOTH SITUATIONS AND TO RECEIVE SUCH A HURTFUL RESPONSE FROM THEM ILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE!!!!!!!!

You can get a passport photo. Passports are issued from the government
I get a huge discount because I ship $20,000 a month. You have to call FedEx and have a rep come out to your place of business and give you the break down.
