I've been taking my dogs here for a while now, they came home with kennel cough after one visit - but this time I found a bite / puncture wound (pretty deep) on one of them. How on earth this happens without anyone noticing or informing me is pretty scary. We will be going elsewhere from now on.

After 10 days, I came back to a very happy and well taken care of cat. 4 stars only because the cat crates are a little on the small side, but they do get to run around a sun room occasionally.

We have been going to Countryside since our Golden was a year old. We had checked out several other places in our area and Countryside was the only place we felt comfortable and secure in leaving our Golden at. Prior to any dog doing doggy daycare (doggy play group time) they do a very careful integration process to see how the dog is going to react to the new dogs and the environment. None of the other places we checked out offered that kind of service prior to the dogs starting. She does doggy daycare and when we go out of town she does board & play; along with getting all her grooming done there. The staff is amazing, they are caring and very knowledgeable of the animals they take care of. The staff that run doggy daycare are great with the dogs and keep a close eye on them at all times. I never worry about her when she is at Countryside because I know she is getting the best care there and they treat her like she is family. When we pull into the driveway she gets all excited and when we get out of the car she dashes for the door and then dashes to head back to play. If you are looking for a family friendly, clean, safe, and caring place to take your dog Countryside is the place to go!
