When I tried to get my Apple Watch repaired this week, was told that I still owed $233.00 on a watch the salesperson sold me last November. He completely deceived me, told me this watch would only cost me the $10/ month required for updated phone line. I was perfectly happy w my current watch, but did like new watch option of phone access. In order for me to get a new watch (this one got a crack in it )-now, I have to pay off the one he conned me into buying. It definitely wasn’t my misunderstanding- I had a techy friend w me who agrees he totally misled me. I never would have bought a new watch, mine was fine, but he made it sound like it was basically free.

I doubt it. Primarily all about selling phones.
I would go into the store. They might be busy if you call! They will be able to help you better with that. That's important.
