A lot of problem with people who smoke in their bathroom while it is ''non-smoking'' apartments. And management does nothing.... Very bad management about that.

Very disappointed on how this apartment building treated my UNSENT application. I wanted to moved across the country and I was suppose to apply to live here with a friend and that friend initially pulled out a couple of days later without us sending in the full application yet but I had already paid my part of the fee $265 so I contacted the apartment telling them the situation and they said they could not even move forward with the application because she wasn’t filling out her part anymore said that there was nothing they can do as far as refunding my money on my UNSENT application and backround check they could not complete…I even fought the charge with the bank and they said I was correct and they were wrong for still trying to charge me even though they cannot complete the application and to make it worse they event put the $265 amount as a collection on my credit …. Now they’re making it hard for me to apply anywhere I’ve been fighting this company for a year !please beware they’re horrible people because how could you do that to someone who never even got to go to the next step of the application process and still had the nerve to mess up my credit. If you don’t live in the area don’t apply her please.

The apartments are nice, and the staff is great! Kyrstyn and Tammie are amazing, and have been incredibly kind, and patient.

Maintenance never fixes anything. Requests are literally closed without any resolution. There’s no security in the complex. Anyone can literally walk in and use the fitness rooms and swimming pools. Dog feces everywhere. Valet trash is never picked up and the internet is spotty at the best of times.
