Went in for a scheduled tour not even 5 minutes ago and the lady who “greeted” us was incredibly rude. She asked us why we were here & when we told her we were in for a tour, she said “well we don’t open until 10, how did you get in?” We explained to her that the door was unlocked and we just walked in. She then proceeded to tell us that it’s going to be a few minutes and that she didn’t unlock the doors yet so it was weird we were in here, with an overall rude tone as if we had no right to be in the building for our scheduled 10 am tour. The whole vibe really turned us off and we ended up just leaving. Not a great way to greet potential residents.

The tour guide was rude. Go to Sur Club or Marina walk, they can afford to hire nice front desk people.

UPDATE: Things just keep getting worse and worse! Not only are bikes and cars stolen from the property but also our packages. The package room is so disorganized and difficult to get into because the system the Addison is using is just horrendous! And the new assistants they are hiring specifically Ashley Giddings has the worst attitude and gets defensive when you try to share your experience. Ashley go find a new job it's obvious you don't like working here! I am telling you that carriers are telling me my items are delivered and they are "disappearing" in the package room. Check your attitude, you are supposed to be servicing us! If you are touring the apartments make sure to ask to see the packages room and ask to see how it's "organized". You may not receive your packages and the staff will not take time to listen to you! I have been living at the Addison since October and the apartment is gorgeous and spacious. However I can hear my upstairs neighbor and her dog all the time until late at night/early morning!! 🙄 I use two sound machines to cancel out the noise at night just so I can get some sleep. So if you are sensitive to noise this is not your apartment. Amenities are great just wished the gym had more equipment. Still waiting to use the pool and parking is tight!
