We moved here this summer and the experience so far has been nothing but amazing! The leasing team downstairs goes above and beyond! The move in process went by very smoothly with our U-Haul truck, Allie and Michael were so helpful. The maintenance team gets our request within a day, which we love. Packages are placed in the mail room but if we need someone to pick it up for us, Allie always held it for us until we got home! Our backyard is the Tropicana and there’s a beautiful trail to walk your pup or bike. There’s a station to wash your dog after a day at the muddy dog park or the beach which we use a lot! Also the fact that we are walking distance from everything downtown is awesome! Thank you 930 central for making our first St Pete experience one to remember!

I just moved in last week and everything has been great. Staff (especially Michael) has been friendly and attentive to any questions or concerns I have had. The apartment was clean and everything was as I had hoped it would be. The move-in process was easy as well. Brand new apartment building in a safe, well lit neighborhood. Great amenities such as a 24 hr two floor fitness gym, rooftop deck, pet grooming room, clubhouse with a pool table and even a Ms. Pacman machine. Leasing office agents Allison and Crystal are kind, accommodating and will find an apartment that best suits your needs. Maintenance crew responds and services tickets promptly. A custodial crew comes in around 6am every morning to refresh all hallways and common areas. It's this level of service and attention to detail that puts 930 Central Flats above any other apartment building in the area. A gem for the Edge district.
