In the past we have had quite a bit of turnovers with management and maintenance, some good and some was not so good but I can honestly say the team we have now Leslie and Matt office managers and Mike the maintenance are Awesome people, this is exactly what this property needs, hope they keep up the good work

This is a tax credit property and is income based best to call you must apply
Check with the office. Wyngate is under new management. I do know that they except Section 8 and are a low income community. 40-60% Household Income Based. They have 1,2,& 3 Bedroom Units.

Its income restricted. Its based off your income and how many people are going to be living in the apartment. If your income exceeds their bracket no you wont be able to live here.
There are first floor apartments, but they're not exactly handicapped friendly. Wheelchairs don't fit into the bathroom door for example. All of the buildings are raised, there is a ramp behind each building leading to handicapped parking. The shortest path to the apartment is actually using the stairs.
