This was an awful experience living here for a year and a couple of months. Come to find out we get a collections statement since we somehow owe them less than a couple hundred for what? Who knows. We were never contacted ever by them and then was given a fake invoice to get some more money out of us. Please never live here if you enjoy good management and a clear minded apartment because you won’t get either. Oh and they should have paid us to live next to the construction that started a month after we move in. No notice of this happening and nothing came from it. Only the worst year and some of my life as renter.

All amenities have been under construction the entire time we have been here. Parking sucks, despite what management says. If you come home after 8pm, you won't have a spot. Rent one year ago when we signed our 12-month lease was $1950 before amenity, pet fees, fetch, garage, and utilities (these fees add about $300). After a year living here with 100% on time payments, our rent renewal comes. A 12-month lease is now $2850 before any added fees. The lowest cost option we had was $2650 for a 15-month lease. When we inquired about the reason our price had increased the response was "Well prices are going up". As far as I am concerned, prices have not gone up almost $900 in a year. You will live right off of 275, which has been under construction for the entire year. Extremely loud neighborhood (both residents and 275). Trash service won't pick up trash occasionally, and residents leave trash cans out to be thrown everywhere from raccoons. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT! Update: They're advertising our apartment online for lower than they offered us on our rent renewal.

Arrived at 540 Trinity Ln N, St. Petersburg, FL 33716. Our unit had a full trash can waiting outside our door the fridge had crumbs the toilet had used paper in it the can in my son bathroom had garbage in it. The fans are covered in dust the table had fingernail clippings on it. Under our bed was garbage and dirt . Cigarette ashes on balcony chair which the balcony is filthy. Can't sit out there. Very small. Can't relax on our room knowing it was not properly cleaned. Definitely not a place we will return to.
