Best maintenance team we've encountered by far! Martin has been our go-to guy for all maintenance questions and requests since the day we've moved in. He's always super nice, informative, and helpful. He always makes himself available, despite how busy it is and how much work he has going on, really shows he cares. We are truly grateful! Orlando has also been super nice and helpful as well. These guys really deserve a raise/bonus! Our key fob, shower and drain issues were always resolved promptly!

The property is well maintained, the apartments are spacious, the prices are reasonable, customer relations is quick to respond to inquires, and the leasing staff are fantastic. My wife and I dealt with Brian Cramer who showed us about 15+ apartments and answered all of our questions. Brian was very patient, professional, and helpful; he must have spent several hours dealing with us. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he would call or send us an email shortly after with an answer. He was great and a great asset to the company. Overall - Palm Valley (Villa Veneto) seems to be very well run and a nice place to live.

Fairly nice-looking apartments, but relatively small rooms. Not all apartments are the same, so of you're planning on renting make sure you see the apartment you will be staying in. There's a lot of amenities available to residents, including a pool and free coffee at the cafe.

This is a long overdue review for this complex. This is a clean and affordable place to stay which is ran dishonestly. 1-I have a handicap which requires a service dog. Fully licensed with doctors notice and so forth. For the all year I was in the complex the management made my life hell. Complaining if my dog barked in my absence whilst I asked them not to knock at my door or put constant information underneath my door on a regular basis which of course would make my 12 pound dog bark. I was heavily discriminated against 2-There were several break-ins during the year I stayed there which made the complex fee unsafe. 3-Inspite a parking permit present on my car I was once towed in the middle of the night. My car never fit in the tiny garage so I was charged 25 dollars a month to have the right to park where i live. One night the patrol who had seen my car for a year towed me because supposedly they couldn't see my tag. Once towed I picked up the car and the towing company actually didn't charge me because they had missed the tag which was there. What a hassle! 4-Essex took over from esring in January 2017. Great. I left my apartment in excellent condition with pictures attached and extensive carpet cleaning. Everything is functional. I received my move out bill today which quotes that I owe over 5k to the complex. A- it is claimed I left my rent unpaid which you can see by the attached was (the 2 companies simply didn't communicate). How disgraceful and shady is that. B- I am being charged for a new fridge C-1500 dollars of carpet. I have of course evidence of the aforementioned facts and being a lawyer myself with a disability I will ensure to have this solved in a proper manner and if not it will end up in court. Clearly the management is trying to past on the cost of their business and upgrading their units to their former tenants which is shameful. You can see by my posts that I do not ever leave negative reviews about places but this one is more than warranted. Stay away from this place.
