It was home for 5 years. Lily and her maintenance staff always tended to our family's needs with swift and precise care. Their Covid-19 response was nearly instant. The property is walking distance to everywhere with nearby shopping options and Caltrains ready to take anywhere in the Bay.

I love living here so far. The Management Staff are persistent and follows through. When I place in an order for something to get fixed, it is usually fixed within 24 hours. The Management Staff are always available and are prompt with answering questions. The environment is very family oriented.

When power is off (7x in August/Sept about 5 hours) the building has no water. Stand by generator does not power the garage. So no power, no water, and you cannot get out of the building with your car to go see a movie...etc. On a daily basis: the exterior doors fail about 20% of the time. So you play with the door for 5 minutes or walk around the building an extra 80 yards with your bags of groceries (70 yards further than you carried them so far).

Residents are only allowed one car to park inside. If you are on the the third, fourth, or fifth floor there is a high probability that your car will be exposed to the elements i.e., rain, hail, wind, and dust storms. Parking on the street is horrible. The street is too narrow to begin with and very busy. You may find a parking spot but might have to walk a block.
