My sister and my two elementary aged nieces live at these apartments and I continuously fear for their safety as the complex is unsafe. Management has told tenants that there is onsite security but during dangerous situations we have found that security actually is not onsite. My sister recently was assaulted outside of her apartment by a houseless man who was actually living in an unlocked utility closet adjacent to her unit. When she reached out to Porsha in management to report what had happened to her and ask what to do, obviously scared and in distress, Porsha passed off the phone to an assistant in the office without doing anything about the situation basically brushing her off. My sister is paying a high rent as a single mother of two young girls and she is unable to even stay there safely and is staying with my parents at this time I order to keep herself and children safe. I would implore you not to rent here if safety is a priority to you as the complex is very unsafe and many other tenants have complained of someone climbing on to their patios as well as car break ins. Keep yourself and your family safe and find another complex that takes the safety of their residents seriously and not just their money.

Unsure of how this property even has this rating of 4.2 , they are unprofessional and have no disregard for their residents or the safety of those that reside there

My sister as well as my two nieces live here at this residence and I must say the environment is very 1star people are outside 60% of the time lounging around playing loud music and cussing with no consideration of other peoples children passing by and not to mention the experience of a homeless man living in the utility closet near by screaming for dear life and cussing I thought we were in a Freddy vs Jason scene no security was called because THERE IS NO SECURITY UNIT ON SITE AT ALL FOR THAT MATTER and it was becoming too hostile to stay and wait for police

Overall I enjoy my new place
