Great place to live! I like that’s it’s not over crowded and right next to 101, 87, and the airport making it easy to commute. The facilities team does a great job of keeping up with the maintenance all throughout the year making it a very comfortable place to live. I wish they brought back the parking on 4th street. It’s hard trying to find parking on Archer most times. I hope management can help us out with that since 4th street was very accessible to my unit. Other than that, no complaints!

I love living here. For the most part it’s quiet and well kept. I see the maintenance team everyday working on keeping the complex clean which I do appreciate. They closed off 4th street parking and there’s barely any open parking on Archer making it very difficult to even leave to go out. (An extra garage parking spot is too expensive - $125) I would suggest that they keep the pool clean daily especially during the summer. Recently the pool has been dirty and a lot of dirt that makes the floor of the pool black. And would also suggest more “no glass allowed” signs. A lot of young kids have been bringing bottled beer beer and dropping them leaving shattered glass that kids could possibly step on. (My partner had to grab a broom and dust pan from our apartment to clean it ourselves to keep others safe)

The maintenance team is A+ here. The Supervisor Jason and the porter Jose keep the grounds and amenities tip top. I've been here nearly 3 years and I've never seen the pool and gym look cleaner! Essex performs annual apartment inspections and fire alarm testing which makes me feel secure about my apartment. I also find the resident portal super convenient for online rent payments and work order request. The moving process was also stress-free. I took a virtual tour, submit my application, and signed the lease online. I only needed to collect my keys when I got into town. :)

Great apartment where the new management is putting in the effort to make improvements. There are also every amenity you would need here. The only reason that this place is a 4 instead of a 5 is that there is no A/C in the bedroom of the apartment (it is just in the main area). Also, there is a bit of a homeless population a couple blocks down and they tend to try and come into the complex to steal.

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.
