Please read this before you make your decision. The railroad beside the building is crazily noisy day and night. Also they charge you ridiculously for move-out for a maintained apartment . Never expect to get your deposit back. Respond to the owner: Thanks for your robotic reply. First of all, your reply makes no sense. The railroad that's making the crazy noise is not Caltrain. Perhaps you even don't know or care which property I'm talking about. So you just copy-pasted some ridiculous template to fool your residents. Also, it's impossible to "discuss" the charges, and this is what your staff told me in our "discussion": Everyone HAS TO pay cleaning fee when they move out, no matter how clean their apartment is.

UPDATED Review: Leasing staff reached out and made right move out charges. The train running at all times of the night is still an unfortunate reality. Would give Mio 3 stars considering everything
