Ive dealt with Adam in purchasing my CPO 2021 Vehicle, he gave me a great service and communication but the department that is in charge of detailing the car and making it ready for shipping is not professional and did a really bad job. Unfortunately, the dealer blamed everything on the driver that brought the car.

I was shopping for a new car and was going to test drive different cars. Stopped at Jaguar San Jose and was greater by Mike Liu. We test drive the Jaguar F - Type he answered all my questions. Then we took a look at the Land Rovers. I told him I had an appointment at Lexus he said ok. There was no pressure. I went to my appointment and then went back to see Mike. We did the paperwork for the car in less time then buying a new cell phone. He took me out to the car and went over stuff. Since I've sent him a couple of questions and he got right back to me.

Call the dealership and ask the service manager, certain cars have that others do not.
Only if owner bought the extra maintenance packages.
The mileage can be changed if the instrument cluster has been replaced and the wrong mileage was programmed into it before installation so yes it is possible
