Single wide, not waterfront, is $597.00/month. This wii go up January about $15.00 a month. The rent is on the high side compared to other communities.

Not that I know of, it's mostly people that own the mobile homes. I'm pretty sure there's house closer to the beach side that have weekly rentals but I'm not exactly sure who you would contact for them?
