Very cozy, studio condo, located on the boardwalk too. Also close to restaurants, gas stations, markets & CVS . The Info && pictures are exact too. Would definitely stay again if possible.

Still a very nice stay after all these years, our rental unit was very clean and in great condition. The location is the absolute best in town! Friendly staff with the main desk staffed 7 days a week. Can't beat this location due to the location right on the boardwalk and safe underground parking.

Not sure. Never knew there was one
There are efficiency condos and then condos with two bedrooms. The efficiencies are the same size, they may have a little different layout but the same size as are the two bedrooms.
They provide a street parking pass for guest. It's not in their lot, but eight next to it. Don't know about the handicap spots.
