We purchased furniture well in advance, & received it in July. Did not come with all of the pieces. Followed up many times to check the status - Have been in constant contact with the warehouse and store, through phone calls and inquiries. We get no conclusive response and have to repeatedly call and get told the same generic response each time when we actually get through to someone, as if they don’t want to deal with us. They say they will call back but never do too. I can understand a warehouse issue but we never get conclusive answers and just keep getting ignored and disregarded as if they don’t care since the piece was delivered already and paid for. Unfortunately I will not be shopping here again due to the customer service I have received regarding a piece I paid for in full, well in advance.
