Location was great but when we got here the condo was dirty and had mold in the shower, toilet was broken, tv didn't work all week, and hot water for showers would only work if you spaced showers out.

Very nice stay for a beach condo at the end of the boardwalk. Family oriented. Well maintained. Enjoyed the beach and pool. Rooms were large, beds were very comfortable. We had outdoor balcony great for having your morning coffee and people watching.

This is my first time visiting Rehoboth Beach. The unit was great, within walking distance of everything, would definitely recommend and possibly stay again next time I'm in Rehoboth Beach

does the pool have steps (stairway) down into it, or just ladders?

There are steps and a ladder.

Is the building handicap accessible? From the garage level, are there steps up to the elevator? Can an electric wheelchair maneuver to the mail boxes, front desk, and to a parked vehicle in the garage?

There are ramps too all off those places. It is an older building but they have made it as accessible as possible. There are alternate routes to and from the boardwalk and the elevator goes to the basement and lobby.
