Canceled both kids appointment without calling or emailing me before/About the cancelation. Couldn't get their medical records/Immunization Records. My husband had 2.5 Inches of glass in his finger but the concord health center said it was "Just Tender" And sent him home. 4 Days later, the glass came out on his own. And they refuse to communicate with My lawyers

people up here just don't care. they're rude, and pass judgement about patients to other patience and nurses, which should be considered a violate of privacy. i hate places like this because this is where you are suppose to receive care but HERE, They do the opposite.

DO NOT MAKE ANY APPOINTMENT HERE FOR KIDS!!! Terrible Service, The Lady Who Answered The Phone Was So Unbelievably Rude & Unprofessional (Norma)! They Hang Up On People, Change Your Childrens Appointments Without Your Consent, Knowledge Or Permission, They NEVER call back, And Apparently They Don't Take Medi-Cal (Even Tho We Had That Conversation Prior To Making The Appointment). Dr. Deshpande Is Rude, A Know-It-All, Doesn't Listen And Has Ah Hard Time Is elaborating, Due To Language Barriers. DO NOT MAKE ANY APPOINTMENT HERE FOR KIDS!!!

Doctors and nurses don't communicate with each other. All of my messages are read by the nurses but are not relayed to the doctors. Doctors are rude and don't listen to problems. I have had a digestion issue for 4 months and have been only prescribed medication. I have had to pay out of pocket to seek alternative treatment. Avoid this place if you can.
