I always hesitate coming into dealerships just because of the “sales people” pushing you to buy a car but not with our sales man MICHAEL he never felt to pushy or forward he was patient and let us take our time looking at the vehicle. He made the buying process simple & easy and we walked out with our brand new car in under 3 hours ! Thank you Michael

I liked my experience at Honda Concord very much. Dealers I've been working with were extremely professional and went over all details I needed to know. Even though the whole process was taking a long time they stayed polite and didn't try to rush things answering all my questions in the process. I definitely recommend this dealership if you want to buy a new car.

I started my experience online and found an Accord Hybrid and expressed interest. I got an email from Leo and went to meet him at the dealership to get my car appraised for a potential trade in. The value they offered was too low (because my air bags have deployed in past) and Leo recommend maybe going to CarMax and sell my car to them. I did that and they gave more $4000 more than Honda so that was great. I returned to Honda afterwards and did a test drive and eventually bought the car from Leo all in the same day. Leo actually picked me up from CarMax after I sold my car to bring me and my stuff back to the dealership to finalize buying my new car. Leo was professional and knowledgeable and make my buying experience and easy and he didn’t pressure me to buy anything I didn’t want. He explained a lot of the new features of the car and that really helped me learn more about all the new technology from 2014 to 2021! It was also great to see Anna Marie who sold me our Odyssey back in 2012 at Hayward Honda. She works at this location and is also very knowledgeable and helpful if you ever need any assistance buying your car. Inventory is very low currently so its hard to find a car you may want. Overall I would definitely recommend coming here and/or working with Leo or Anna Marie.

Can you separate working hours for service department from sales department? The service and parts department open at 7:00am, not 9:00am!

You are correct in that the departments have different hours! Our service center is open 7 am - 6 pm on Mondays through Fridays, 7 am - 5 pm on Saturdays, and we are closed on Sundays. Have a Faulty TPMS issue. Tire pressure on all tires is good. TMPS resets and within 60 seconds goes back to set. Can I have the service department perform the software upgrade outlined in TSB#14-006 to see if that corrects the problem?
