My mom has been with Tre Vista in Antioch for almost 2 years and this organization is outstanding. The entire leadership staff led by Alberto Maldonado is competent and hard working. Every employee that I have personally encountered has been kind and friendly. The facility is clean, organized and safe. The food is excellent and healthy. The staff works with a sense of urgency to ensure the understanding that the residents are their #1 priority. I moved my mother from another Assisted living center in Brentwood to Trevista. The quality of care at the Brentwood facility had gone downhill rapidly after a new person was put in charge. Trevista was a wonderful place. The assistants who dispensed her daily medications were wonderful, and patient with mom, who was unable to swallow a big handful of pills all at once. The attendants there do routine checking on all residents. Trash was picked up twice a day (versus once a week at the other facility, where residents were told to put their trash outside the door on a certain day!) Everyone at Trevista was warm and welcoming and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this facility.

I just started working for this company and they are amazing! It sounds like things needed some improving, but the new management company is phenomenal and truly have their focus set on the residents and staff. It's not always an easy job, but working with seniors is so rewarding and I know my co-workers feel the same way. I wouldn't hesitate to have my parents in this community, because I know that the staff will treat them like family.
