This is 2nd time using Pacific Coast Termite in seven years. Same prompt, courteous, professional service, explained the process both times. Reasonably priced and no hard sell, unlike their competitors estimates. They wanted to take care of the problem, rather than stick if to the customer. Rep's and technicians are super helpful and informative, and easy to talk with, answered every question I had. Recommended spot treatment both times. First treatment was interior home wall and second treatment was patio cover. I did pony up for the termite preventative treatment in the attic. Super Happy. I think they do do Rancho Cucamonga. And I think they do orange oil which doesn't involve attempting that you should call them they come out for free. The guy who came to our house was amazing and helpful

The cost of a termite inspection is free. However, if your home is for sale or in escrow there is a $350 fee for the inspection. For a re-finance, the inspection costs $95. Additional restrictions may apply. Therefore, it's best you call for details.
