Long story short: The tech scoffed at me when I told him the sound coming off the car (2 day old Model Y/delivery issue) is impacting my hearing disability. Very dismissive, claims that he can't hear the issue outside when there is loud construction going on. Told him the pitch of noise is triggering my tinnitus to flare up, and he essentially scoffed at me. There is a ring at rotor and groove was getting deeper (Visually observable), but told me to see if noise goes away in a week.... and they are unwilling to check. I'm more insulted that my tinnitus being flared up and causing me to have issues was a joke to them. When tech got off the car, I also heard him making fun of the situation with his coworker. Went to service center in Santa Clara, and they fixed the issue within a day.

I pick up my Model 3 after hours and noticed a scrape on my rear bumper. It tore my PPF. I did not receive a notification from them. Nobody want to own up to it. If you bring your car there for service, you may get your car back with more problems! Now I wonder, if they have caused more damages or problems to my car that I don't know about. Communication from them regarding the repair was inconsistent. If you are thinking about buying Tesla, you should know Tesla service center is really bad. Are you willing to go through headaches just to own Tesla? There are more EVs coming out to the market with better build quality and easily better customer service. I am very disappoint how bad Tesla treating their customers.

I think I'm going to return because it was designed for cars that are newer than 2018
Your car will come with a standard 110V plug and a 220V dryer plug. It will also come with a J1772 adapter to connect to a standard public charger. You can also purchase adapters for several other common outlets.

Yes. The filters differ on the different models but sll can be replaced.
Need to use online scheduler. Its part of Tesla's culture. Service Center wouldn't answer my calls made online apt and they sent repairman to my house. Amazing. Don't have link here but use Google or log into your account
Tesla seems to prefer doing things online. Actual human contact is seemingly frowned upon :(

Go in and ask them. They are very pleasant and eager to assist. If nothing else enjoy the vehicles.
