Elon Musk was incredibly rude to millions of Americans. The owner of Tesla enjoys harassing customers online as well. Would not reccomend this company for purchases of electric vehicles.

I signed a contract with Tesla for their solar roof and paid the non-refundable deposit in 2019. 3 years later after multiple new contract signings and Tesla encouraging me to cancel I still don’t have a roof. I was told they no longer plan on honoring the contract but they won’t cancel it either. I suspect they legally can’t and therefore the emphasis to cancel on my end. Shameful company with deep pockets practicing less than ethical business practices. I doubt they’d have the same disregard had the roof been installed and I decided to not pay.

It’s very misleading when it shows and says on my Tesla map where many superchargers are but they are private and valet. I drove around to 5 Tesla locations that were said to be available to the public, each place I was denied. There is a miss communication which is misleading for many drivers on our app.

Absolutely love our: Model S Bought it used and is now 6 years old and we've had no issues whatsoever...no maintenance is amazing and we love the free supercharging Solar Panels Had a 5 kW system and upgraded to 10 kW, customer service was top notch and the whole experience was delightful (both times) Powerwalls A MUST if you're getting solar...love the app, look at it three times/day. Always a fun challenge to get below net grid usage. Welcome to the future built by Tesla...we are largely energy independent. Thank you Tesla Team!!!
