Rented a car from Enterprise to take the DMV Driving Test as a foreigner, and I don't ever regret renting from Enterprise. If you are in the same situation as I was, do note: AVIS and Hertz flat-out do not allow their cars to be used for the driving test. CJ (or was it TJ?) and Ruby were astoundingly helpful and guided me through the entire process so I was extremely clear on everything that went on, including what insurances would be included, and even printed out the authorization letter for the DMV. The entire process was also done digitally and was very seamless, unlike some other brands of car rental that will make you sift through 20 pages of paper forms. Would give 10 stars if I could, this branch of Enterprise really has the goods and the professionalism to make car renting a great experience!

I do not go out of my way to submit customer service feedback, but this location has great customer service and was a memorable experience. Cesar has done a great job being transparent with me and 3 other customers currently waiting. He displayed professionalism, is very articulate, great communication skills, and regularly checks in with customer. Thank you again for your service.

My reservation was cancelled out of nowhere with any notice. After 1/2 an hour waiting them to pick me up - which never happened - and trying to contact them over the phone with no success, I realized what was exactly happening. I have tried to book another car from scratch, but they said to me that were no cars available. Simple as that. No cars. And then I keep remembering the tune I listened over and over again waiting for no one to answer my call that they treat us "as we should be treated ". Case closed.

Not very reliable, making a reservation does not mean they will have a car available. They seem not to understand the value of time they are apologetic but is repetitive and seems that it’s a style of business. Several other more reliable car rental agencies nearby.
