Keep my bike for 2 weeks and didn’t do the repairs agreed! No respect for the clients. The bike is for my handicapped son that will not be able to used. Slow service, expensive and after all this mess wants to charge for the mistake on their end! I am shocked

Sales team are amazing people and you should buy bikes from them. Old workshop team WAS amazing but they seemed to have all left. New workshop team is both unprofessional and not nice people. AVOID THE NEW TECH WORKSHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!!! They tried to convince me that a loose wheel bearing front wheel nut is somehow OK. Had to get it correctly torqued at another local bike shop, who did it in 5 seconds to the correct torque, and explained clearly how much torque he applied and why. Other LBS tech joked that he's glad I didn't ride the wheel with it loose and have my bearings fall out! Front wheel is a safety critical component. If the bearings give out on a fast descent, worst case you can slide off cliff around a hairpin and die. For a shop that maintains sport bikes that get taken up and down areas like Kings Mountain Rd...etc, it is extremely unprofessional to not be able to torque a front wheel bearing nut correctly. Not letting this shop anywhere remotely near my race bike.

Awesome staff to chat about ebikes with! Very helpful and willing to recommend competition if they can't help you find what you need.

Had a great experience here. The service staff were super busy but still made time to find and fix a small problem on my newly delivered bike, no charge. Edit. Had another interaction with them now. Told them I had an ebikes, they told me to come in, came in, they told me to go away cuz they won't operate on ebikes unless they sold it. Thanks for wasting my time.

They are quite careful about Covid, strictly limiting numbers of people in the store. Employees are all well masked.
