Excellent service and very kind and direct staff. They replaced my windshield and did a recalibration of my cars safety features that uses a camera on the windshield in less than expected time. Not only did they completely clean off my dash of any dust or debris but they wiped down the whole cockpit and vacuumed everything even my chip crumbs in the passenger seat. Hopefully I won't need to replace a window again but if I do I will definitely come back here. They are very busy and fill their schedule quickly so don't be alarmed if you have to wait a couple weeks.

I had some issues scheduling a mobile appointment but when I finally went in to the physical shop, everyone was very friendly and professional, especially while I was trying to keep my toddler under control. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I was in and out in about an hour, give or take. Will absolutely be going back with any future issues.

This is the 2nd time we've had to come here for glass repair and both tines they were completely disorganized and behind schedule. Our recent replacement, we had scheduled for a home visit but I got a call to drop it off at their office after a bunch of employees quite. Then, I had to reschedule again for personal reason and the next availability was a month out. It was a nice surprise to get a call to come in 3 weeks earlier, but I've been waiting for almost 4 hours while they replace my windshield. They had to fly people out 3 other states just to get help. After waiting for 4 hours, I finally get a call telling me they are almost done. IVE BEEN IN THE WAITING ROOM THE WHOLE TIME AND NOBODY TOLD HIM WAITING.

I have a small rock chip in my windshield need fixed. Decided why not Safelite. They only offer online scheduling. Seems great right? Wrong. After entering in my details it says they are scheduling over 2 weeks out. I kept clicking through the calendar and got through mid April (with NO openings) before closing the browser window. DO NOT GIVE YOUR ACTUAL EMAIL ADDRESS. They will spam your email telling you to finishing scheduling your appointment. Well, I CAN'T because you have no availability?! Look elsewhere.
