I went in the other day for an oil change. As they're getting it done, they tell me my drain plug is a little stripped and that they're going to put a bigger plug in. Lucky for me, they know just the place to have it re-threaded for only $80, and it should be fine until my next oil change. It seemed shady, and I wanted to tell them to just put it back the way they found it, but I figured I'd just see my regular mechanic as soon as I got the chance. Now my oil is leaking all over the place. I've been to a handful of jiffy lubes, with a handful of different cars over the years when in a time pinch and never had a problem. DO NOT GO HERE. It's a scam. Should have trusted my instincts and just told them to leave it alone.

Kylie was extremely helpful not only in letting me know what maintenance I may need to do next time, but also empathizing that I’m stuck between checks right now and will have to wait with the additional maintenance for next time. She helped me out with planning my next visits with little stress so that I’m aware of what steps to take next to make sure I get the most longevity from my car. On top of that she was all around super polite, informative, and just downright adorable! I couldn’t recommend better customer service from this establishment. ☺️

Came for a oil change, left feeling fantastic! The guys over at jiffy lube are professional and fast! Jameson did a great job.... and unlike the lady that commented below me. I love that these guys aren't wearing masks...especially because they are outside in nature & deserve to breathe oxygen
