Shaina, thank you for making my experience with Cash America a great one! I was hesitant to come in and pawn my personal item after quitting my job of 13 years! You not only helped explained to me about how you decide on how much price the loan would be but also somehow knew that I was going through a rough time of having no job and offered me to fill out a job application with Cash America. You actually care about your customers & that’s something that’s truly genuine & is exactly what the world need right now are more amazing workers like Shaina! You Rock Shaina!

What happened to customer service or general ethics or commen courtesy for that matter? I have a GoPro Hero 6 i brought in to sell about 2 hours ago, received a offer of $40, seemed a little low but I get the pawn shop needing to make money themselves, but still wanted to check out the other local pawn shop offers before settling on Cash America's offer. I told the cashier this and double checked with him that his offer would still be good in a hour or so and he reassured me that at his shop the offered price would still stand when i came back today, and without me even asking another employee who was standing by us chimed in reassuring that offer was as good as gold and would definitely honored if i returned to complete the by the end the day. I left and talked it over with my wife, checked pricing at a few other shops, and since i have been a long time return customer,and product vendor you could say, I decided to stick with store loyalty and returned to this Cash America within 2 hours, expecting to make a quick cash exchange for the hero. Instead what I got was mildly lied to my face, treated very poorly for a loyal business partner, and just left with a very poor feeling towards the whole event. Basically i got helped this time by the assistant manager, who i informed about the offer i recieved earlier today, and figured this should be quick and easy since the gentleman who made the offer was still working the till right by us. The assistant manager didnt realize she had the GoPro set to record video as she pulled the employee to the side to discuss and confirm the offer was made and promised to stay valid if i returned, which the employee, on film i possess, confirmed both points to her before she came back to me to tell me they do not make such promises and would not be buying my gopro because she wasn't coordinated enough to open the battery tray or the SD charging tray due to it being a tight fit because the camera is waterproof dust proof etc. When you know what you are doing opening either protected slot takes seconds. I cant believe after years of using this place they quickly treat me like garbage, and try to make me feel like I am in the wrong but fail due to them not realizing they are using my camera to record them confirming that I was correct and they lied thier way out of at least a couple customers who see this online.

Went to this location a few days ago and had DHARAMA and the way I was treated was truly poorly first I been going to cash America for years and I have been to this location in the past and upon helping me and my partner she told me I have to provide my ID along with my partner ID even tho I was not selling or loaning anything it was my partner shoes she was pawning a mens size 9 shoes and I wear a size 3 in kids there’s no way it was my transaction but she said it policy which isn’t true I’ve been to this location with my partner and they have NOT asked for both of our IDs but I proceeded to give her my ID any so my partner can do her transaction upon taking my partner ID she knew it was broken but still proceeded to take copy’s of both of our ID (she knew my partners ID was broken before taking a copy) then tells me partner she can not use her ID since it broken so I told her to use mine for the transaction she proceeded to say she can’t use my ID since my partner already used hers which isn’t true the next day we went to the cash America in hwy 99 and they did NOT need me and my partners ID then then Anna said since my partners ID is broken that I CAN use my ID to do the transaction for her so that mean DHARMA lied to me and partner face she lied about her corporate rules. Today I decided reach to an attorney to file a class action lawsuit for discrimination against this location (2981 is there store number) I will be filing a lawsuit against this company. They way DHARMA treated me and my partner is unacceptable

I come here often and had no problems before. Even though they merged with another company and constantly has new people I never had a problem. But my last visit with my mother in law and brother in law was horrible. A lady by the name of Vivian pretty much didn't want to do business with us because of the way we dressed or better yet our skin color. She didn't even provid good customer service or even tried to hide that she was rude and racist. Will not be coming back.
