Poor service! Older Lady was super rude while me and my dad were asking her simple questions about tax return and was not even paying attention to use while we were having a conversation and instead kept looking at her computer the whole time. I honestly don’t recommend

Terrible. I called and asked the lady how much was it to do an estimate. She said it's free. When we got there she said it was $35 I told her she just said it was free.
