Holiday Inn Express Omaha West - 90th Street

We recently stayed at this Holiday Inn Express & Suites from 07/22/22 to 07/25/22 for a special family event. I have to be honest the reviews are the reason why I chose this hotel. Upon arrival and our stay, we were very pleased. The breakfast was great every morning. The pool was open and very clean. Everything in our room was new and getting fresh towels was no problem. The beds were very comfortable. I slept like a baby in our quiet surroundings. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I normally walk everything and had no problem walking around the building safety. I manage to get 3 miles in before starting my day. The whole entire visit was AMAZING!!! I highly recommend this hotel. I would like to say thank you to the following people who I personally meet. Positive: My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the holiday inn express. Located in a convenient area in central Omaha right next to a Walgreens and Starbucks. Our room was nice. The staff available 24/7 and free breakfast was decent. Negative: The hotel room could have used a deeper clean upon arrival.

I thought I’d write the review as some prior ones weren’t great. We had a very enjoyable stay, clean room, recently renovated hotel, nice staff. It appears they are only 2 months re-opened after a full remodel, so the prior comments pay have been them working out the kinks. My only non 5 was that they didn’t have tea at the breakfast (to me, working out the kinks from what I overheard). Stay with confidence, just have a touch of empathy as the people were all very nice.

Recommend the value for the locations and access to Dodge St. from this stay. The room was very comfortable and relaxing. The guest service and staff were amazing. The only thing worth changing would be the bathroom door.
