Only checked in so far but I can confidently say that this hotel is worth a 5-star review. The location is squarely within the heart of downtown Omaha and close enough to anything you may want to do or visit, the staff are friendly and willing to work with you on any difficulties, and the restaurant attached to the hotel has a pretty good selection for what it is. Pricey but as is to be expected with this sort of hotel.

Yes lol, a pic of the hallway... It was very interesting being in an older well cared for and loved hotel... I'd love to hear what those walls could say!!! The staff was so much fun!!!!!!! Even as short staffed as they were on Saturday the lady was very cool tempered even to the rude guys who came in... The staff was so much fun Friday evening!! Oh what a wonderful place!! If you go check out the hotel in it's glory... Outside was just as enduring... They're remodeling it looked like... The bar area was a nice relaxing place... Thank you!

We loved our stay at the Magnolia. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and kind, from the valets, to the front desk, and Brian and Steve, the bartenders. ;) The boutique hotel has been really nicely updated and everything is very clean. The only downsides are 1) the bathrooms. The bathrooms are small, like most older hotels. The sliding door didn't shut completely and handle only works in one direction. So, not great, if you're traveling with someone who doesn't know you intimately. 2) Parking. They have a gated lot, but it's $25/day, high for Omaha. We don't usually valet because we don't like to wait for our car. Other than that, only a few parking spaces out front that are metered during the day, Monday through Saturday 9am-9pm. Great downtown, try the Irish pub downstairs - great, great music and vibe. All within a 6 block walk. We loved it and plan to come back :)

Very nice property, well maintained. The courtyard is beautiful. The bar / restaurant is nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff was good but overwhelmed. One desk agent with numerous responsibilities - check-ins, valet, luggage storage, etc. One bartender with 40 people for happy hour. One waitress with 20 people at breakfast.

I am sorry for your unsatisfactory stay. You have asked your question to the wrong contact; I was a guest at the Magnolia and left feed back via goggle maps. If you paid for your room with a credit card you can dispute the charge through the card.
