I have a hazard message, 12V battery requires service. Replace 12V batter soon. I can't get through to any live person at Tesla Service center in Palo Alto. Should I just show up?

I showed up towing my car with a different problem. They took it in even though my service was scheduled for the next week. I'd try to schedule it first but if the appointment is too far away I'd just show up
