How do I make a service appointment. I call and am directed to go online or I wait forever and no one picks up. My drivers door does not open and I have been trying to get help for two days. I can’t find the website that will help with scheduling

Need to use online scheduler. Its part of Tesla's culture. Service Center wouldn't answer my calls made online apt and they sent repairman to my house. Amazing. Don't have link here but use Google or log into your account
