I paid off my past due balance and called to pay for my next few months of services. The woman on the phone was absolutely rude!! Upon trying to pay for and set up a new account she was criticizing me for having been late on my payment, even though I was caught up. And gave me a hard time trying to get service started back up. She was dehumanizing and I was appalled by her words. Needless to say, I will not be using Bliss in the future.

Terrible service. They leave trash behind every week. This week they left a whole bag of someone else’s trash ripped open all over the road. I called and was told to pick it all up and they would get it next week free of charge. Dirty diapers and peoples personal mail they threw out scattered across the road. Disgusting. I asked if they could come get it today because I wasn’t home and it was all over the road and was informed they were done for the day and would get it in a week.

Honestly less than 1 star. Our trash wasn't picked up some weeks so we had it out for the next.... they charged us $100 one month citing it was because of the "extra" trash. We used to have Orwell, and wish they were still around.

I had this company for over 5 years. Recently irractic garbage pick up leading to recycling articles blowing all over neighborhood. They not able to provide consistent pick times . Their solution put out night before which basically turns into containers blowing down the street. No concern for the environment. I found a company Syracuse haulers that is cheaper and provide 75 gallon garbage and recycling containers with no extra charge. Concern about the ENVIROMENT is a must in a disposal business.
