I understand things are crazy right now but to have your staff and hang up on an upset mom who’s trying to see what else I can is not professional at all. To be hung up on while I’m trying to get information to be seen somewhere else was disheartening. Than to call back and get yelled at cause your staff is overwhelmed. Very disappointed considering I have heard good things about this place.

Hi Bonnie, you should have received an order for the lab test from our Quick Care staff with any instructions related to the need to fast. If you're still unsure, please call the office and we would be happy to help.
HI Bonne - the lab draw is open from 6:30am - 2pm (closed between noon-12:30) Monday-Friday.
Hi Sally, we accept most insurances. We do not accept workers comp or no fault. If you have TriCare you may want to call them first before visiting. With some variations of TriCare, they require a referral before coming to Quick Care. Also feel free to call the Quick Care office as they can help resolve any questions you may have as well regarding the use of your insurance. Thank you for considering us for your care.
