Honestly don't get how this place is still open. Very rude and half the time they turn you away for anything now and just tell you to go to the hospital.

I’ve been going to this urgent care for years because it’s the closest one to me. The people here are beyond rude. They don’t listen to you and cut you off on the phone and don’t let you speak. I’ve had times where they didn’t even have results for me because they forgot to send it out. Also, this place is FILTHY. Looks like they don’t even clean the rooms in between patients let alone at all. I would not recommend this urgent care to anyone. Staff are rude and careless and just seems like they all hate their job. Staff are miserable. I never leave bad reviews or usually do reviews at all but if I can just tell people not to go here and waste their time I’m going to. You’re better off going to a different urgent care. Never had a good experience with them and this time I went was the last straw. Will be going somewhere else in the future.

Front end staff is unfriendly. No greeting, no eye contact. 7/7/22: I heard "you here for labs?" and she pointed to the chair in front of her window. She didnt look at me once. The phlebotomist was the same, though she did say "doing anything this weekend?" Then "ok youre done". I was not directed out, nobody said a word to me as I walked through the office and to the doors.

I usually have never had an issue here. Got here feeling super sick. Only 2 people in waiting room. Waited in my car for 2 hours. and they won't answer their phone. But once I got in the nurses and physicians were so nice and helpful.
