Went to their location to rent a dumpster. The lady in the office asked what I needed then sat back down and looked at computer monitor lol lol. I asked a second time about a dumpster. She replied with we don’t have any dumpsters and that nobody else does either. I called Empire recycling and they provided me what I needed within 3 minutes. After reading multiple reviews I’m thinking the lady in the office is about to sink this ship if nothing is done 🤣😂🤣

We have been using the trash removal service for years! Highly recommend them! We called today (Tuesday) for a Friday pickup and they just happened to be near by so they were here within 5 minutes! That's Great Customer Service!

K&D disposal is a walking train wreck. Their office staff has no clue how to do their jobs. I call into the office to pay our quarterly bill. Now the account is in my husbands name and the bill card is in mine. Twice now I have paid my bill, everything is fine and then suddenly they don’t pick up the trash saying that I haven’t paid. I give them the date of my statement and then suddenly it’s found but put on a different account. Unprofessional book keepers and why have you come for MONTHS and then stop coming. Today. Let’s focus on today. A Saturday enjoying it outside with my family and they come and pick up our toter stating we were on a list for non payment. First of all, you guys are closed on a Saturday. So why are you coming on a date when nothing can be figured out with the office. Second of all, you have picked up our trash ALL quarter with no issues and then suddenly 2 weeks before my next statement is due pick up a toter that we have paid for. Insane. This place is a train wreck. 10/10 would give 0 stars. Susie or Terri I hope you’re ready for my 8am phone call on Monday morning to start your week. Update: I did get to speak with Susie who gave 0 resolutions to the problem at hand. She played the blame game with me. She blamed me and then blamed the gentleman who pick the weekly garbage up. To her, none of any office issues are her fault. I asked who her manager is, and she said "well, me." As a manager don't you think you should be well adverse to speak to your customers about questions and issues that they have? Not to her, nothing is her problem and she couldn't be bothered. I am waiting on a call from the owner Don, to see what resolution they will come to as they assist some of their flawed issues.

The supervisor is very rude and unfriendly. Unprofessional. The communication she has with her workers and/or customers is terrible. I wouldn't suggest using this service
