Everyone I saw before the nurse practitioner was great and the nurse was very informative and made me comfortable. When the nurse practitioner (Rosa Hill)saw me, she disregarded the real reason I came in of which was causing pain because they found an infection from my urine. I had to ask for her to even look at the area that was causing pain because she just wanted to infer from my verbal explanation. I also left the office very confused because she didn’t explain the medications she prescribed me and gave different verbal directions than prescribed on the package when I receiving it. She was somewhat condescending when I asked what I thought to be reasonable questions or concerns. I just felt like she didn’t want to answer my questions and would interrupt me before I was finished talking. I usually have had a great experience here in the past but this was a frustrating visit for me, leaving me confused about my treatment.

Let me start by saying that I am an extremely satisfied patient out of the Taylor mill location. I woke up with some kind of coating on my tongue,a dry sore throat and a headache that I'd been nursing for two days. Since my primary care doctor office had no available appointments, I naturally went to the nearest urgent care. Rosa Hill walked into the room and started asking me questions. To say she was rude, would be putting it nicely. Instead of examining me , she performed what I can only describe as an interagation , being rude and dismissive the whole time. Finally she got around to looking in my mouth. After barking at me because I instinctively put my head back and she's short, she never did come up with a diagnosis, but she did prescribe Nystatin. After leaving,my headache (which was never addressed) was much worse than before. I'm giving you one star because the rest of the staf we're friendly and wait time was good.

I had right side pain on my back and through my stomach. They took a urine sample from me, told me that I had a lot of blood in my urine. They told me I needed to get a CT Scan. They called back and said there was no kidney stone but that I had an ovarian cyst that ruptured. But, they didn’t specify what side, so I thought that’s why I had the pain. I went to the ER next morning and they told me that I NEVER had blood in my urine and that the cyst had ruptured on my LEFT side. And that my pain was the cause of a tore muscle in my back. URGENT CARE DOESNT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. How could you scare someone and say they have blood in their urine when they never did? Go back to school.
