The Team is JFK was super helpful ! It was a breeze to pick up my rental off the Emerald Aisle. Returning the vehicle back to the airport was also flawless. I want to commend in particular "Frazier" at Returns. He went above and beyond by driving us back up to the terminal curbside. I have trouble walking long distances and the airport is undergoing a lot of construction. The air train and the shuttle services require now extensive walking and it would have been a burden for me to manage all this. Frazier was friendly and professional. Much appreciation to the entire team at JFK.

I had a good experience renting a car for work-related travel here. I didn't find the check-in desk at first, likely because I was tired from the flight and various modes of airport transportation. Ron checked me in quickly once I got to the desk, then I went out to find a car. I prefer blue cars, so they allowed me to hop into a Chevy Malibu, even though it was one level above my reservation, at no extra charge. It was super clean inside and out! My colleague's flight had not landed yet, so I asked if I could stay and chill out in the car for a little while, and they were so kind about it. Sitting in the clean car with the windows down was a nice break before the next leg of my trip. Returning the car was easy a few days later, with a convenient emailed copy of the receipt for my expense report. I will rent from National again!
