DO NOT do business at this store. Is a total waste off time and money. Monica business manager wasn't up front with details about your purchase, leaves early, and singe up another sale person to finsh here job that she started. The sales agent doesn't answer questions claiming that he is not on the business side and must wait for the manger for answe. Next day you realize that they got you, call to get answers from Verizon. Here I am 30 days trying to find solutions in multiple stores. I am paying for a watch that I haven't ordered and internet that i haven't used or activated. All the promotions that I have been told none off it was correct, or applied ...... all lies. Why Why I really want have Monica manger take a look at my feed back and rech out to me. Here a picture off my bil that i have been told is 200 dollars a month.

Absolutely terrible service. The young man serving us had a terrible attitude, was dismissive, and completely unhelpful. He didn’t know any answers to any questions, kept going back to the manager to get answers (none of which made sense), and was completely unprofessional. We had another similar experience with a different person a few days prior. This place will not help you.

Horrible if you Mexican do not go there unless your black or white they will not help any Mexicans they will put you on the bottom of the list and fight with employees to see who helps you ! It will fight with each other to avoid helping you! But whites and blacks as soon as they walk in there help! I open a Business account spent over $4000 thousand! I set an appointment went on time and still was told to be wait horrible

Been teaching for over 20 years, been waiting for 1st penny of teacher discount since 2010, after applying for so-called teacher discount! Every time I went in person, checking for update with manager, assistant, clerk, etc, got same response every time! Waste of time, and my personal info with SSN has been abused in black markets .....?....times! Be careful! Lots of luck!

You will need to call verizon customer care and asked to speak to the global department. They will help you with how your phone will work based on your phone type and plan. Do not go into a store talk to global support. They are specialized in international service.
You can get one off Amazon for less than 5$
Mission valley is a good place, that's where I always go.
Absolutely, just be aware that experiences will vary depending on the store locations. I always recommend calling the store you're thinking of visiting to see if an appointment is recommended or even necessary.
