The service is terrible. Representatives took my phone# & Scanned my drive license countless time. I have always resented the process of giving Representatives info & the info is never passed on the the next referring Representative. At&t should give authority to Representatives to process ALL transactions at every store. Today i visited 2 stores & 1 corporate office. At the corporate office the Representative suggested i go online when we encountered obstacles in the process. Why would i do that to myself? If i Representative is unable to complete a process, I would have even a less successful chance. Thus was a painful experience. The process to 1.5 hours

I went in needing to upgrade due to my phone not working properly and Fabian took great care of me. I was greeted immediately and taken back to be assisted. He worked quickly, efficiently and was quite personable while remaining professional throughout my visit to his store. I left with a new phone and he made sure I had all questions answered before exiting. Great service!

Things started well. Im here now because of a FCC complaint, my phone is disconnected again. I am being charged double my bill and charged for what was supposed to he a free phone after calling customer service for the 9th time now since I signed up 7 months ago. Doesn't look like the manager wants to help me other than with a phone call that he wants me to make to customer service. Very unprofessional on all ends. Update The manager called for me but even he was not able to get them to help me. I called the Loyalty department and they activated my phone again. Waiting 48 hours for a hopeful resolution.

After dealing for months with an issue trough other locations and customer service the manager and Anthony were very helpful and took care of this issue for me. Anthony was amazing, fast, did everything he could to help me out. I will always go back to this location and recommend it and recommend Anthony to everyone. Thank you!
